Online Resources
I have been fortunate in my career to work in collaboration with 3rd sector and academic partners to create resources that are available for all survivors and their significant others, to assist in their sense-making journey.
There is a dedicated section for all of these resources here.

We have been planning this for many months, and we are now able to invite young people to contact us who would benefit from this service. We have recruited five young people, all of whom have had a stroke themselves, and who will be available to offer 1:1 support and advice to other young stroke survivors by telephone. This service is open to young stroke survivors aged 16-25." (Different Strokes Website, full details here.)
